Indigo Technologies latest product the Indigo MAPSystem (Multiple Air Pollutant Control System) will be the first product commercially available to concurrently abate oxides of sulphur(SOx) and nitrogen (NOx), along with mercury and particulate matter (PM) in a single unit. The first demonstration unit of an Indigo MAPSystem is scheduled to be completed late 2009, this first unit will be incorporated into an Australian cement plant looking to manage mercury emissions. A full scale demonstration unit at a US utility is anticipated for late 2010.
Consistent with our goal to be a total solutions provider to our customers, in 2008 Indigo Technologies launched Indigo Leasing with a financing partner. Indigo Leasing now uniquely offers Indigo Technologies’ products through an operating or finance lease program which reduces the typically long capital approval cycle associated with implementing air emissions controls and facilitates our customers’ realization of an expeditious compliance solution for a minimal monthly operating expense. No payments are required on an Indigo Lease until installations are commissioned. The Indigo Lease covers all soft costs of equipment installation and includes our comprehensive Maintenance Service and Technology Upgrade Option Programs.
Collectively, Indigo’s systems, Maintenance Service, Lease and Technology Upgrade Programs provide the most comprehensive, cost effective, retrofit air emissions control solutions on the market.
